Jérémie Palmieri - Owner and Director
Jérémie is a highly accomplished national snowboard coach with over 20 seasons of experience in the industry. Recently he had the prestigious opportunity to coach and represent Team Great Britain at the Youth Olympic Games 2023 in Venice Italy, and is currently training a team of world-class athletes, including a para-athlete competing in the World Cup Races.
Jérémie’s career spans multiple continents, including Europe, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, and Japan. His extensive background includes roles as an instructor’s trainer and evaluator for the Canadian Association, where he has played a pivotal role in the development and certification of numerous snowboard instructors. Additionally, he has been guiding and taking clients on backcountry adventures in Japan, sharing his expertise and passion for exploring technical untouched terrains.
With a deep passion for snowboarding and coaching, Jérémie has also been instrumental in coaching freeride teams, development teams, and boardercross athletes competing in FIS and European Cup competitions, and since back in Europe he also trains freeride athletes to compete in the Freeride World Tour Qualifier.

His coaching philosophy centres on individualized training, emphasizing the importance of mental and physical preparation, and nurturing a love for the sport. He is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential by focusing on their unique strengths and transform weakness into new strengths while encouraging continuous improvement.
Jérémie’s coaching style is built on respect, trust, team spirit, hard work and a good dose of laughter. He is known for pushing his own limits and those of his athletes, always striving for excellence. As a coach, he values honesty and integrity, ensuring that athletes know exactly where they stand, what they need to achieve, and, most importantly, how to make it happen. He is not one to sugarcoat feedback but provides clear, constructive guidance.
To ensure performance, Jérémie utilizes video analysis, making improvements clear and easy to understand. This method allows athletes to see their progress and areas for improvement, fostering a deeper understanding of their technique and performance.
As the owner and director of Justpeak, Jérémie has dedicated a coaching team to inspire and guide the next generation of snowboarders to achieve their full potential. He ensures that the academy employs highly skilled coaches who are experts in their specialties, providing the best possible training and support for all athletes.
